Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a skills based cognitive behavioral treatment. It has been used to treat mood disorders and those who want to change patterns of behaviours that are not helpful, such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance abuse.

Interpersonal Effectiveness
How much does it cost?
This 10 week 2 hour course costs $1000. Many insurance companies will cover this group as part of your psychology benefits.

Anyone over the age of 18. We do have a set of exclusion criteria. Please call us to find out more information.
