(she/her/hers)

Registered Psychologist, BA, MC

Sometimes there are moments in our lives where we just need some extra support and guidance to navigate what life has thrown our way. Natalie is a caring, empathetic, and genuine therapist who strives to make clients feel safe, understood, and validated in each counselling session. Natalie’s warmth and bubbly personality is matched by compassion and understanding, allowing clients to feel comfortable to both laugh or cry in sessions, while always feeling supported.

Natalie has 10 years of experience working with people who are struggling with mental health, addictions, or behavioural concerns.  She enjoys working with people aged 16 and up who would like support with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, gender identity, ADHD, suicidality and self-harm, trauma, self-esteem, addictions, interpersonal concerns, and parenting supports. Natalie practices from a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to meet clients where they are at and tailor the counselling session to each person’s unique needs. She integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and others, to help clients feel empowered to make the changes they are seeking and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Natalie is a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists and is a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. She completed her Master of Counseling degree from the University of Calgary in 2019, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2014.
