She also has experience treating complex trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, and workplace related psychological injury. She is a skilled practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Elsaby looks forward to collaborating with you to tailor therapy to your personal needs and goals.
