How long does each therapy session take?
A 1 hour appointment includes a 50 minute session plus 10 minutes for documentation.
How much does therapy cost?
Rates are based on the recommended fee schedule set out by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA). Currently, each session is charged at $200/hour. On February 1, 2023, we will be increasing our fee to $220 to match the new recommended fee schedule set out by the PAA.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
We do offer a negotiated rate for people with limited finances. This can be discussed at intake.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we offer direct billing through many insurance companies including Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, Green Shield Canada, Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, NIHB, and many more. Please contact us to see if we can direct bill to your insurance company.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Check, Cash, or e-Transfer and is expected at the start of each session.
