Bernard completed his 2 year diploma training at Vicars School of Massage Therapy and is registered with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.

Bernard has a special interest in Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage along with Massage with Fire Cupping, Massage with Jade Stones, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. 

Bernard believes that everyone can benefit from massage therapy whether they are suffering from chronic conditions, dealing with everyday life stressors, or wanting to maintain a healthy mind and body.
