About Elsaby

Elsaby is a kind and generous listener. She understands that life is a journey; and healing occurs through compassion and companionship.
Elsaby has worked with many adults and young adults during her 20 years in the helping profession. Her areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, grief/loss, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, addiction, and emotional dysregulation. She also has experience treating complex trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, and workplace related psychological injury. She is a skilled practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Elsaby looks forward to collaborating with you to tailor therapy to your personal needs and goals.
Elsaby is a Registered Clinical Social Worker in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers since 2003. She completed a Social Work Diploma at Mount Royal University in 2003, Bachelor of Social Work degree at the University of Calgary in 2005, and Master of Social Work degree at Dalhousie University in 2015.
